Contest Terms & Conditions

1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.

3. MGTO is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
4. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. It is essential that you supply a current contact email address as all winners will be notified by email within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. MGTO will notify the winner by email when and where the prize can be collected.
7. MGTO’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions./li>
9. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current 9. Malaysia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
10. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
11. The contest is open to all citizens in Malaysia whom aged 13 years or over.

How To Choose Winner?

1. Top Scorer in each phase is entitled to win a pair of air tickets and 3D2N accommodation in Macao.
2. The next Top 10 Scorer in each phase will be entitled to win premium customized gift from MGTO.
3. Winner shall collect their prizes at location below:

Entry

1. Each phase’s period for entry are as follows:
   1. 1 Apr 2019 – 31 May 2019
   2. 1 Jun 2019 – 31 Jul 2019
2. Each person has only ONE chance to win Grand Prize.
3. After 31 Jul 2019 no further entries to the contest will be permitted. Please note that MGTO reserve the right to change this closing date but will provide notice to all entrants if such a change is made.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
